There are also dishes made to order, such as the famous Castilian roast suckling lamb with potatoes boulangere.
For dessert, Golden Reinette apple tart and Camporedondo truffles are just two examples of the delicious homemade desserts prepared by the Parador de Cervera's pastry chef.
